Order Processing

All live betta orders are processed within 1–2 business days. We ship using FedEx Express to ensure the fastest and safest delivery for live animals.

Shipping Methods

We offer the following FedEx shipping options:

  • FedEx Priority Overnight (Recommended)

  • FedEx Standard Overnight

  • FedEx 2-Day (Weather/Distance Dependent)

Shipping speed varies by location. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Live Arrival Guarantee

We guarantee that your betta will arrive alive only if all of the following conditions are met:

  1. You are available to receive the package at the time of delivery (first delivery attempt).

  2. You open the package the same day it is delivered.

  3. You record a full unboxing video, starting before the box is opened and showing the sealed bag and the condition of the fish inside.

This unboxing video is required for any live arrival refund or replacement claim.

What the Guarantee Does NOT Cover

We do not offer refunds or replacements if:

  • You open the package without recording an unboxing video

  • You contact us after the day of delivery

  • You miss the first delivery attempt

  • The betta dies after you place it into your tank

  • The betta dies due to your water parameters, acclimation mistakes, or improper care

  • The betta is harmed due to delays caused by courier issues, weather conditions, or address errors

  • The betta is harmed due to extreme temperatures at the delivery location

Once the fish is safely unboxed, all further care becomes the customer’s responsibility.

Shipping Conditions

  • All bettas are shipped in insulated packaging.

  • We include heat or cold packs as needed depending on weather.

  • We may delay shipping temporarily if extreme temperatures pose a risk to live animals.

  • We currently ship only within [your country] unless otherwise stated.

Incorrect Addresses

We are not responsible for packages delayed or lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. Please double-check your address before placing your order.
