Refund policy
By completing your purchase, you agree to the following terms:
1. Live Arrival Guarantee
Bettas Farm Miami LLC guarantees that your betta will arrive alive and healthy at the time of delivery.
To qualify for a refund or replacement, you must provide the following on the same day the package is delivered:

A clear, continuous video recording of the unboxing, starting from the unopened shipping box.

The fish must be shown inside the sealed bag and visibly deceased during the unboxing.
Photos alone are not accepted.
Videos taken after the fish has been removed from the sealed bag are not eligible.
2. Same-Day Requirement
All claims must be submitted within the same day of delivery (based on tracking status).
Claims submitted later cannot be honored due to the nature of live animals.
3. Conditions Not Covered
Bettas Farm Miami LLC is not responsible for the following:

Death caused by improper acclimation

Death caused by water changes or environmental shock after unboxing

Death caused by improper care, including tank setup, parameters, or handling

Delays caused by carrier issues (UPS) that result in stress or DOA
-
Death occurring after the fish has been safely unboxed and placed in your tank
Once the fish is removed from the sealed bag alive, the responsibility of care transfers to the buyer.
4. Shipping Fees
Refunds do not include shipping costs.
Replacements, if granted, will require the customer to pay new shipping charges.
5. Agreement
By placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
